Micro encapsualated fish oil powder

Micro encapsulation is a process of entrapping compounds such as essential nutrients like vitamins in an outer coating which has micro level particle size. Outer coating /wall will give protection to the core materials. This attempt is to micro encapsulate fish oil especially EPA and DHA like essentially fatty acids and produce powder in-order to protect oil from oxidation, reduce odor and flavor and ultimately enhance the applicability in food fortification. Different type of coating materials are used in microencapsulation
